Moulding cream; granulated sugar, twenty
pounds; water, three quarts. Boiled to a thread, set off, add three
pounds of glucose dissolved; pour, let get cold. Cream, melt, add pinch
of glucose to one pint simple syrup; four tablespoonfuls of glycerine.
Stir. Mould.
